WOW!!! I loved this story so much. This is the first book of Renee's that I've read, and it wont be my last!

After the Rain is one of those books, that as soon as you start it, you know right away you're going to love it. I just knew after reading the first page that this book would stay with me for a while.

Renee's writing was just amazing. I felt so connected to the characters in this book.

I found myself wanting to jump inside of this book, and never leave.

After the Rain is a story of loss. Learning how to live with what a love that's been taken from you, and also learning to rebuild yourself so you can love again.

The emotions in this book were seriously intense. I was happy one second, and hysterical the next. The story was just so beautiful though.

I don't want to say too much because I don't want to give the book away, and the littlest thing could do just that.

Just trust me, read this amazing book. It will change you, and you will love every second of that change !!!

Renee, you found a forever fan in me :)

*About the Author*

Renee’s first friends were the imaginary kind and even though her characters haven’t gone away, thankfully the delusions have. She admits she’s a wildly hopeless romantic and she blames 80’s movies staring Molly Ringwald for that. She lives in Southern California with her husband, two sons, and their sweet dog June. When she’s not at the beach with her boys or working on the next book, she likes to spend her time reading, going to concerts, and eating dark chocolate.
